3. Pricing and Payment: Prices of products are set by the merchant (seller) or Service provider. For online purchases we accept EFT payments only. EFT with Payfast through the website. Please use correct Reference when making payments.

4. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, confirmation that an order has been placed successfully will be received via email to the customer & merchant with order details. Please provide correct contact details.
5. Shipping and Delivery: Our shipping options are
The Courier Guy, Pudo, Post Net or Paxi. in any case the customer wants to collect the product(s) themselves, they may reach out to the vendor (merchant),and a proof of delivery must be provided to Brended Online. Delivery times depend on the courier and distance between supplier and customer (usually 3-5 days within South Africa). additional fees will apply if customer fails to provide correct drop off address or fails to collect.
6. Returns and Refunds: If you would like to return a product or get a refund, kindly contact our customer care line on: 061 474 4137 or sent us an email at support@brendedonline.com . Please note product(s) will not be accepted if returned more than 5 days after delivery. Please return product(s) in same condition received in. Once refund is approved, expect payment within 3-5 working days.
7. Privacy Policy: We do not collect any cookies or customer data. we do not work with any third-parties, and therefore don’t sell any data.
8. Intellectual Property: All copyrights to the website reserved for Brended Online Stores Pty (Ltd). Product or Serive Content provided by merchant/service provider. The products being sold are protected.
9. User Conduct: We expect all users to refrain from unethical behavior in use of the website, such as engaging in fraudulent activities, disrespecting copyrights, and also using the website for illegal purposes.
10. Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes over services or products, brended online stores will have a talk with all parties involved to find a fair and best solution for all. We expect those involved to behave in a civilized manner and allow the process to unfold.
11. Limitation of Liability: Brended Online Stores will not be held accountable for any damages or losses incurred by users while using the website or its services. Every merchant is responsible for the product(s) or services they provide to the users and customers of this website.
12. To all registered vendors on this platform, a 17% access fee is charged to your total monthly/weekly sales before being paid out to you. Brended Online Stores does not have any other extra costs apart from this. Unless you (merchant) would like more marketing for your store, then extra charges will occur. Please check our marketing packages on this.
13 All registered vendors/merchants on this platform are required to have a Pudo Account, Paxi, Post Net, The Courier Guy, or any other courier of their choice. Merchants are required to always share product delivery tracking links to Brended Online for every delivery made. Brended Online will payout on successful deliveries Only.
14. Termination: User access to the website can be terminated if found to be involved in any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including violations of the terms and conditions
